The function of type ZBG scraper by peripheral transmission and that of scraper by central
Transmission is almost the same. The scraper is mainly used for tank of initial sediment and
secondary sediment in large sewage disposal plant (generally with water rate more than 600m3/h
and diameter of tank more than 20m), sediment (generally with density less than 1.5m and almost
without lumps) is scraped in the bottom. Floss scraper is usually on the top of it, that is to say it can scrape floss. Central water feed, peripheral water discharge, central sediment discharge.
Type NBS concentrator by peripheral transmission is usually used in large sewage disposal plant (generally with water rate more than 600m3/h and diameter of tank more than 20m). Concentrate initial sediment and secondary sediment further, much sediment is contained in the process. Coacervation can be combed by vertical stake to strengthen the compactness of the sediment. Central water feed, peripheral water discharge, central sediment discharge. Floss scrapers are generally not set.
Type NG concentrator by peripheral transmission is usually used in separation of tail water from steel works, mining, coal. It can be used in the following situations: diameter of tank more than 20m, high-density sediment, quick sedimentation, and easily lumping, high load. Rack and pinions were used to assure an enough torque. High press water is mated to discharge sediment in the central part to avoid block. Floss scrapers are generally not on the list.
